Depending on whether a BlobStore reference is already available when a
NodeStoreService instance is activated, the node store might get activated with
that BlobStore even if the {{customBlobStore}} property is not set. This makes
the behavior of the system dependent on the specific ordering in which the
different services are activated and wired together. It would be better to use
the external BlobStore service if *and only if* the {{customBlobStore}}
property is set.
