attached patch for an Oak specific Lucene Codec, to use it do the following in
LuceneIndexEditorContext:

IndexWriterConfig config = new IndexWriterConfig(VERSION, analyzer);
config.setMergeScheduler(new SerialMergeScheduler());
config.setCodec(new OakCodec());
return config;

also in oak-run you have to make sure lucene-codecs artifact is added to the
shaded jar.
