In revision 1590701 (and 1590703 for 1.0) I added explicit export versions to
the ...commons.cache and ...commons.sort packages that were lacking them
before. I set the versions to 0.20 for now for consistency with the last
release. We should update them to 1.0 along with the rest of the packages here.
