The RDBBlobStore currently silently fails for "large" blobs (>1M) on DB2, due
to DB2's default blob size.
TODO:
- fix the error handling so that the problem will actually be reported
- add unit test to AbstractBloBStoreTest
- fix either the impl to allow blobs of the required size
