It might be better (powerful?) to embed a scripting environment and expose the
top level objects (Repository, NodeStore) to the script and allow users to
provide script which can be executed via oak-run. JS is provided by default
with JDK otherwise we can embed groovy (~10 mb) in oak-run!!
