We should still apply the parts of the patch that reduce the dependency to
oak-mk then, aka everything but the module deletion itself.
Also, oak-core still has a dependency to oak-mk-api, we could drop that too,
and if we add the oak-mk-api dependency to oak-commons, could we set it to
optional (I did not test this yet)?
