{{MicroKernelServer}} is hard coded to use {{MicroKernelImpl}}, which limits
its usefulness. I suggest we either,
# make this server part of {{oak-run}}'s {{Main}} class,
# add additional command line arguments to specify the MK implementation,
# remove the class altogether.
