Currently {{GlobalNameMapper}} can be instantiated from from an {{Root}} but
node from a {{NodeState}}. This is a bit inconvenient for external plugins in
an OSGi environment as those don't have access to {{ImmutableRoot}} for
wrapping a {{NodeState}} into a {{Root}}. I therefore suggest to add said
constructor.
