At http://svn.apache.org/r1614349 I committed an initial implementation but did
not enable it so far as this would require the changes from JCR-3797 and thus
upgrading to Jackrabbit 3.0, which we are probably not read to do yet. See the
FIXMEs I left in the code for what needs to be done once we have JCR-3797.
