By default logging integration is not enabled and Lucene continues to use the
{{InfoStream.NO_OUTPUT}} so performance impact. To enable it one must set the
'debug' flag to true for
{{org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.lucene.LuceneIndexProviderService}}
OSGi config. Once enabled actual logging can be configured via category
{{oak.lucene}}.
