As for me, you can commit the patch to the trunk, but please don't commit it to
the 1.0 branch just yet.
I will then work on the AggregateIndex to wrap the IndexPlan(s) from the
full-text index (first in trunk). Once this is done, you can commit it to the
1.0 branch, so we can merge the changes.
