For some cases its desriable to pass custom attribute as part of IndexPlan that
is constructed by a QueryIndex implementation. For example in Lucene (as
discussed here [1]) there is a requirement to communicate the index path as
part of IndexPlan such that index implementation can acquire the right index
for the query
