Description:
{{JackrabbitNodeTest#testRenameEventHandling}} fails sporadically on the Apache
buildbot with missing events (e.g.
http://ci.apache.org/builders/oak-trunk-win7/builds/642).
Same holds for other tests in the {{ObservationIT}} suite.
