This issue was resolved because you committed the patch to trunk here:
http://svn.apache.org/r1621192 and merged it to 1.0 here: 
http://svn.apache.org/r1627273

What else is needed to resolve this issue? In any case I'd suggest to create
a new issue because those changes were released already.
