The package export version didn't change yet (see OAK-2006), and updating the
oak-core bundle may result in this package not getting updated.
This affects the standby module's initialization as it expects the
_SegmentStoreProvider_ service to come online.
Until we figure out OAK-2006, I'd like to simply bump up the version to 1.1.0
