I propose to also remove the {{KernelNodeStore}} and related classes. Those are
hardly used any more and are easily replaced. They add a lot of incidental
complexity (e.g. the {{FastMove}} quadruple dispatch), which leaks into other
classes like the {{SecureNodeBuilder}}. Finally they already lag behind in
terms of features (e.g. checkpoint functionality).
