Fix For: 1.1.5
{{AbstractRepositoryTest}} currently abstracts over node store creation (via
the protected {{createNodeStore}} method). We should have a similar mechanism
to abstract over repository creation such that individual test cases could e.g.
inject specific commit hooks.
