As of OAK-2262 a SolrServerProvider is capable of providing specific SolrServer
instances for indexing and search, however the DefaultSolrServer always returns
the same, while it'd be better to use ConcurrentUpdateSolrServer likewise the
RemoteSolrServerProvider.
