I can adapt the patch to expose checkpoints from the {{ContentRepository}}
instead of {{ContentSession}}. I could also write some more tests, including
performance tests. I just have to figure out how, since I have no prior
experience with that in this project.
The point is that I don't really know if I should go ahead with this, after the
concerns expressed on the list. Do you think this would be wasted work?
