In order to allow to specify the usage of different {{SolrServer}} in possibly
multiple Solr indexes (e.g. root Solr index in _oak:index_ and specialized one
in _/content/a/b/c_ aiming at different collections / servers) the Solr
{{QueryIndexProvider}} and {{IndexEditorProvider}} must be able to read non
repository wide configurations but rather read the configuration from the
passed {{NodeState}} / {{NodeBuilder}}.
