Felix Meschberger commented on OAK-2006:
----------------------------------------
bq. Note that the baseline feature could make the build somewhat
indeterministic as it uses the local Maven cache for determining the last
version to compare against. See http://markmail.org/message/6rnscyv3gurgfdpd
This is related to some internal setup and non-official releases which Maven
still identifies as releases and thus reports to the baseline plugin. IMHO we
cannot blame either Maven or the Baseline plugin for this behaviour which is
caused by some non-standard handling of releases.

> Currently the maven baseline plugin only logs the package version mismatches,
> it doesn't fail the build. It would be beneficial to start looking at the
> output and possibly fix some of the warnings (increase the OSGi package
> versions).
