I distributed the work required to 3 sub-tasks. I committed changes for
OAK-2514 & OAK-2495 and marked it for 1.1.7, with these support for
FileDataStore is available. OAK-2494 tracks support for S3DataStore, after
whose resolution we can close this issue.
