* In addition to unauthorized status. set response header to "WWW-Authenticate"
="Basic realm=\"Oak\"" in case the user is not authenticated. see class
"OakServlet"
* Implement the other authentication Schemes (Digest, NTLM ?). Use standard
libraries for this. Apache ?
