The SegmentStore implementation
org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.segment.file.FileStore uses an exclusive lock
on the journal file to prevent a repository from restarting that hasn't been
shutdown properly (see OAK-1696). Therefore the journal file can't be copied
when the repo is online.
Solution proposal: using a dedicated file for locking should suffice.
