Michael Dürig updated OAK-2006:
-------------------------------
Attachment: OAK-2006.patch
[^OAK-2006.patch] (includes all changes for OAK-1956):
* Set compareVersion to 1.0.0 but exclude modules that weren't in 1.0.0
* Bump package export versions as necessary for semantic versioning
* Enforce correct updating of the package export version by making the baseline
check fail the build if it encounters errors
[~chetanm] could you have a look whether this makes sense?
> Verify the maven baseline output and fix the warnings

> Currently the maven baseline plugin only logs the package version mismatches,
> it doesn't fail the build. It would be beneficial to start looking at the
> output and possibly fix some of the warnings (increase the OSGi package
> versions).
