Fix For: 1.3.0
This is a remnant of the AbstractNodeStoreBranch, when there was a MicroKernel
based implementation. The DocumentNodeStoreBranch does not need the
ChangeDispatcher here. Changes are dispatched by the DocumentNodeStore, which
is an Observable.
