Summary: Log time to acquire backgroundOperationLock in background
operation tasks (was: Log time to acquire backgroundOperationLock in
backgroundRead())
Changed title to make it more generic. There is also the background write task,
which acquires the backgroundOperationLock as well. The stats should also be
improved for this case.
