Added a {{RevisionGCTest}} to trunk: http://svn.apache.org/r1676206
The benchmark per default creates 100k nodes, removes half of them again and
then runs RevisionGC.
The number of nodes that are created can be controlled with the {{-Dscale}}
system property. The default value is {{100}} and creates 100k nodes. To create
e.g. 10 million nodes use {{10000}}. The garbage can be controlled with the
{{-DgarbageRatio}} system property. The default is {{0.5}}.
