Having tests failing OTOH is the best receipt for making CI builds worthless.
This issue here is the reminder for ensuring to fix this, not the CI. If we
fail to address open issue then the problem is somewhere else, not in the code.
If you can figure out how to make the test exclusion more specific please go
ahead.
