[~chetanm] - I am not 100% sure how the cardinality.minimum stuff would work. I
imagine that for Sling if we knew that there are 2 repository initialisers,
eg.. {{InitialContent}} and {{ExtraSlingContent}} we can set this to 2. But
this seems fragile. I would think that we could use start levels instead, e.g.
make sure that all Sling-contributed components are at a lower start level
compared to the oak-jcr bundle.
