Log entries (generated by interceptors in the apache tomcat datasource) show
that sometimes queries run for a very long time; however these show only the
query but not the actual parameters, nor the call stack.
Add some logging logic that works independently of the datasource, and which
provides more information, such as ID range, indexed property, and call stack.
