defaultAutoCommit: we don't need, as we don't rely on the default.
validationQuery: if I understand the docs properly, "SELECT 1" does not work
with all DBs. (this will then also affect testOnBorrow and logValidationErrors)
driverClassName: we can't hardwire that here
removeAbandoned: intesting; does it have *any* effect in oak-run?
interceptors: these may be interesting.
