Provide an OSGi Service that has the same interface as the SynchronizationMBean
as described here :

This will allow other services in the OSGi framework to force synchronization
of a user which at times may be necessary without the need for a reference to a
SyncHandler, a SyncManager, a UserManager and an ExternalIdentityProvider
idenpendently.
