continued working on this and found more missing test:
- {{UserConfigurationImpl.getValidators}}
- importXML (as mentioned above)
- cache only created for users (but not for groups... at least that was the
original intention)
- just for completeness: API calls on {{PrincipalManager}} must have the same
effect.
