[~jsedding] some of us discussed it on a call today and the majority
was for not changing towards the even/odd release approach. Hence the
document. I don't have any strong opinions on the merit. I personally
tend to prefer the even/odd but I'm fine with the current approach we
have.
Feel free to start a vote on oak-dev if you feel like.
