[^OAK-3348-2.patch] is still not sufficient: segment node builders having been
acquired before a gc cylcle flushing (through
{{SegmentNodeBuilder.getNodeState()}} afterwards will add back references from
the current segment (post gc) to an older segment (pre gc).
I think we need to try to fix this differently. An idea would be to add guards
in the segment writer to avoid creating back references. I.e. the segment
writer would check whether a certain reference links to a pre gc segment and if
so, would rewrite the associated record on the fly.
