In Oak we currently expose two commit hooks type as OSGi services via a
Provider wrapper: IndexEditor and Editor.
We don't do the same for ConflictHandler and CommitHook itself.
It would be nice to have those exposed as OSGi services so that an OSGi
repository could leverage them as @Reference.
