Description: Implement the [batch createOrUpdate|OAK-3662] in the
RDBDocumentStore. (was: OAK-3559 contains implementation of the bulk
createOrUpdate() method for MongoDocumentStore. Similar method should be
implemented in the RDBDocumentStore.)
