Description:
This requires a change to the table layout (adding SD_TYPE and more), thus
needs thought about how to migrate from older versions of the persistence.
Edit: the actual patch avoids a table change by restricting SQL queries to IDs
that can identity split documents. This approach does not rule out that we
introduce the SDTYPE column at a later stage, though.
