Description: Take all the benchmarks provided by oak-run and move them into
the oak-development module. Micro-benchmarking and Scalability (was:
Investigate feasibility and split the benchmarks off the oak-run into
own module not deployed during release.
Should reduce size of oak-run and limit the changes to the latter.
