{{SegmentWriter#SegmentWriter(SegmentStore, SegmentVersion)}} potentially leads
to a {{NPE}} as it passes on {{null}} for the {{wid}} argument. The latter is
expected to be non {{null}} in
{{SegmentWriter.SegmentBufferWriterPool#borrowWriter}}.
