{{SegmentGraphTest}} has a somewhat complicated setup phase to build a segment
store of a certain structure. This is will probably prove unreliable when
underlying implementation details of how segments are written change (e.g. with
OAK-3348). I would like to refactor the test such that it becomes independent
of such implementation details.
