while working on aggregating multiple authorization configurations i spotted
that in contrast to {{SecurityProviderImpl}} the
{{SecurityProviderRegistration}} doesn't respect the service ranking (or the
corresponding config option) to define the order of the individual
configurations in the aggregation.
