Attaching path ([^OAK-2477.patch]). With this suggestion configuration is read
from <indexDef>/suggestion. For backward compatibility, setting those
properties on <indexDef> would continue to work. It adds index config tests for
these. Also, adjusts existing text using these config to use the new location.
