Resolution: Invalid
Fix Version/s: (was: 1.4)
Resolving as invalid as there aren't any global configs for spellcheck. With
OAK-2477, suggester's global configs have moved to namespaced location, so once
we include a new global config for spellcheck we'd probably remember to provide
it with its own namespaced location.
