Attaching [^OAK-4066.patch]. [~chetanm], [~teofili], can you please review? I'm
not too happy about having too many ifs to avoid unintended changes due to
forced suggester update.
The proposal still requires some change in repository for Editor to get into
play. I think that's a fair assumption (even a login/logout type action would
make such a change) given without that we'd require a hook/callback from
AsyncIndexUpdate to see if it's a good time to rebuild suggestion (I think
having a separate timer won't a good idea anyway).
