Sometimes oak-upgrade may be used only to copy data from JR2 repository to Oak.
In this case it isn't required to run all the repository-initialization code,
copying node types, group info, etc. Please add a configuration flag
{{\-\-skip-init}} that allows to only copy the content passed in
{{\-\-include-paths}}, without doing any other changes in the destination.
