[~joerghoh] IIRC there was a fix by the Oak team before the issue was
re-opened, but after the fix was applied there were some later instances where
reindex=true appeared committed to the DB. IIRC the system in question was
running RBMK, but the root cause of why reindex=true appeared in the database
was not found, or at least, I didn't hear what it was. I don't think this has
been seen again since. There may be other fixed already in the latest version
of Oak.
If there are no more occurrences of the issue, or the root cause is known and
fixed elsewhere it can probably be closed.
