[~mduerig], the {{AbstractOak2OakTest}} exception was related to the
segmentstore.zip file used for testing (it was in the oak-segment format). The
{{RepositorySidegradeTest}} problem is caused by OAK-4307. Once the OAK-4307 is
done we will be able to fix this OAK-4303 without breaking any tests.
