Fix For: 1.6
{{Jcr}} initialises every instance of {{Oak}} currently passed to it. This
prevents the usage of {{Jcr}} as a facade for the rest of the {{oak-jcr}}
bundle. {{Jcr}} should provide a way to accept an instance of {{Oak}} without
attaching to it the full set of {{Editor}}, {{CommitHook}}, etc.
